Quick Bio
Dr. Thomas is the Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Community Development at Prairie View A&M University in the Community Development Graduate program. Tiffany does research in Public Health, Women and Politics Research and Race, Ethnicity and Politics. She's currently creating a community needs assessment tool to implement Asset Based Community Development models to influence health outcomes in rural communities.
